Tim Regnault as the incoming DOHaD Canada Interim President starting July 1st, 2024.

With the ending term of our current Interim President, Dr. Anita Kozyrskyj, Council appointed me as the new Interim President. I am honored to accept this caretaker position and, as stipulated in the Terms of Reference, will work to organize special presidential elections within three months to facilitate stable leadership continuity for our society. To ensure a rigorous election process, your Council has reviewed and updated the Terms of Reference, to appropriately expand the criteria for the President position. Please keep your eyes peeled for the election announcement, which will include all the details and revised application criteria.

I’d like to take a moment to thank Dr. Anita Kozyrskyj for her leadership over the last 18 months. Along with Dr. Steve Matthews (most recent past President) and, before him, Dr. Steve Matthews and Dr. Deb Sloboda as original founding Co-Presidents, they have set big shoes for any new incoming President or Co-Presidents.

I am excited to begin my interim term and work with you all and your Council to set the society up for its next chapter.
