Call to Action, the prime minister stated “On this International Women’s Day, I invite all Canadians to amplify the voices of women and girls, celebrate their enormous contributions in every aspect of Canadian society, and stand up for a more equal and equitable world.”

DOHaD Canada is ideally situated to support this endeavour. By fostering proactive approaches to healthcare, and by equipping all persons with resources to make informed decisions to prevent adverse life-course outcomes and promote life-long health and resilience, DOHaD Canada’s strategic priorities align closely with the International Women’s Day Women Health mission.

To help support knowledge dissemination in women’s health, DOHaD Canada would like to profile related atricles from our members on our website. In addition, we would like to feature women from DOHaD Canada and their contributions to celebrate women in science. If you have a publication/piece that aligns with this mission and/or you would like to be featured, please email us: office@dohad.ca NOW!
